Welcome!

This business guides women who are in trouble to help better their lives through fitness and healthy habits. This includes housing women who are mentally unstable, who abuse drugs and who may be in danger. We provide a safe place to live while including therapy sessions, group discussions and mentors specially designed to help fit your needs. We have a full gym, a swimming pool and daily fitness sessions for each woman in need. Our fitness sessions include kickboxing, swimming lessons, and a few different kinds of cardio and weightlifting classes. With the help of our personal trainers, our goal is to make every woman feel comfortable while pushing them to the physical limits and bringing their confidence levels back to normal.

You can expect to see posts about wellness tips, how we support feminism, healthy eating tricks and a lot of posts relating to fitness. Sometimes we are going to buckle down and get serious however, we do understand that everyone has rest days..those are just important! We're here to get our clients back on their feet and if you want to follow along through our posts that's just fine.
