In addition to keeping it family friendly, we ask that you follow our posting guidelines. If you do not  comply with the guidelines, your message may be removed from public viewing:

Comments are generally responded to within two hours during normal business hours (Monday-Friday, 8:00 to 5:00). While Tare-It-Up Women’s Wellness Center recognizes the importance of social media, the Tare-It-Up Women’s Wellness Center does not allow our followers to initiate posting threads.
